This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 3000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
Main features include:
- Spacious 6-bedroom villa on two floors, where the ground floor has been locked (and stays empty) to reduce the rate: so you are renting only the second floor, with 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed (if you need more beds we can unlock the first floor)
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)

A few house rules:

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).
Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
