This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 16th floor.
Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master and queen bed in second bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

We loved the condo! Everything was clean and the owner responded very quickly to any questions/needs. The location was good as well. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Listing description accurate. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Property manager responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Nice view and beach to enjoy at this location. We would consider coming back here.

My family and I have been going to the beach for about 18yrs. I can honestly say this was probably the best condo we have had from the FL panhandle to the AL coast. The unit was super clean and well stocked. Emerald Isle as a whole was very clean and well taken care of. The staff were always around cleaning and checking on folks. The included beach chairs were a very nice perk to renting this condo, and the beach staff were great!! I will say for Emerald Isle to have 200 condos the pools are pretty small with rather small occupancy numbers. We didn't have small kids so this was't an issue for us, but I could see if a family had small kids and they would rather be at the pool how this could potential be an issue as the summer warms up. The only thing I would suggest for the unit itself is maybe some new cookware. It is showing it age and sticks. If that is all I had to worry about I would say we had an amazing trip!!
