The farmhouse in the "Podere Casa del Sole" was built in 2001 with particular attention to respect for the rural architecture of the area, with artisanal construction materials, with different interior and exterior colors. The property is located in the countryside of the Maremma, between the villages of Pescia Romana and Chiarone Scalo, known for the PDO cultures of melons and watermelons. The sea about 2 km is the setting for the countryside. The apartment of mq. 85 consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and porch, accommodates n. 4 people. The floor is handmade terracotta.

This was an amazing spot. The house was so private and tranquil. Just 7 minutes from the beach and just 15 minutes from Capalbio this was an ideal spot to spend our august vacation. The hosts were lovely and super helpful!! Loved it so much. Will book again next summer!!!

Wir hatten traumhafte, entspannte Tage in dieser sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die netten italienischen Vermieter sind sehr diskret, aufmerksam und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'appartamento è veramente molto bello sia all'interno che all'esterno. Arredato con stile, molto solare, spazioso, ricco di particolari raffinati. Trovi tutto quello che ti può servire per passare una bellissima vacanza. Noi abbiamo sfruttato molto anche il patio esterno che si affaccia su un giardino incantevole. Posso assicurare che l'appartamento è veramente quello che si vede nelle foto! Un ringraziamento ai gentilissimi proprietari che ci hanno accolto e ad Andrea che ci ha tenuto compagnia con piacevoli chiacchierate. Vivamente consigliato!!!!

Das geräumige Appartment ganz im Süden der Maremma liegt ausgezeichnet; in 15 Minuten wäre man mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern am Meer, wir vier (zwei Erwachsene und die schon etwas älteren zwei Töchter) waren allerdings ziemlich bequem und haben mit dem Auto in der Nähe einen schönen, noch dazu kostenfreien Strandzugang gefunden.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Vermieter haben mit großem Einfühlungsvermögen alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was man als Urlauber braucht: von der Abdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer über dichte Moskitonetze, Reparaturutensilien bis hin zum Bügelbrett.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, diskret und ausgesprochen nett, mit Andrea haben wir viel gelacht und er hat uns mit tollen Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, lohnender Ausflüge usw. versorgt, während Antonellas Kuchen eine Delikatesse waren. Wir werden die gemütliche große Terrasse mit der Hängematte und die absolute Ruhe in dieser grünen Agrikulturlandschaft vermissen!
