About this house rental
Come out of the city and enjoy a relaxing stay at our modern home in the country situated on 2.65 acres. You will have access to the entire walkout apartment and the grounds. Truly enjoy nature being surrounded by trees, find fresh eggs from our chicks in your fridge, roast marshmallows by the campfire (Wood is available for $10/10 pieces) and relax by the pool. Mississippi Lake is at the end of our street (five minute drive) where you can go boating, swimming and fishing.

Our modern home is located in the country but close to all major amenities. Our property gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the outdoors while having a comfortable place to sleep.
Guest access:
You will have access to our 1450 sq ft walkout apartment, 2.65 acre property including above ground pool, campfire pits and trails
Interaction with guests:
We are available for our guest in person, by phone or text. We live upstairs so we are available should you need anything. We love to entertain and socialize but can also give space if preferred. Tell us how we can help make your trip perfect

Boating and Fishing Experience - June - October. Available for 3 hours. Comes complete with captain, life jackets and fishing rods.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
1. To help keep costs low we do not include a cleaning fee therefore guests are required to:
A) Clean and put away all dishes.
B) Kindly tear the sheets off the bed but leave mattress protectors (they get cleaned on a regular schedule)
C) Dirty towels are to be left in hamper.
(If not followed additional cleaning fee will apply)
2. ABSOLUTELY no smoking (cigarettes or canabis) indoors as we have small children. Outside is acceptable (All butts must be left if ash tray. If not picked up additional cleaning fee will apply)
3. This house uses a septic tank, therefore no feminine products, baby wipes, hair, etc are to be flushed down the toilet. ONLY TOILET PAPER!
4. No cutting on the countertop, please use cutting boards provided.
5. No shoes indoors
6. Use of swimming pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Parents are responsible to watch their children at all times and ensure gate is closed after use.
7. Campfire is available to use at your own risk. Fires must be kept small and put out with water from tap at the end of use. Parents are responsible to watch their children at all times.
8. Noise to be kept to a minimum after 11 p.m.

Communication was fantastic! We had an unfortunate delay in our travel that had us arriving in the middle of the night. Erin was very accommodating and was very quick to respond to messages. We were in town for a wedding and the unit was perfect for our needs. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed for a wedding, so our time at the property was limited. It was so clean and well furnished inside. I would stay again if ever in the area.
