HOUSE OF SUN 2016

L'appartamento e molto bello e spazioso ,le stanze grandi,molto pulite , entrambe con aria condizionata, 2 bagni completamente ristrutturate, noi siamo stati in 5 c'è ancora una camera più piccola al ingresso dove ci stanno ancora tranquillamente 1 o 2 persone ,l'unica problema c'è stata la lavatrice mancante al momento del nostro soggiorno però mancava nella descrizione, non abbiamo fatto caso,e i cuscini troppo utilizzati,però la vista dal balcone sul golfo di Napoli mozzafiato ,la spiaggia libera a 5 min a piedi , zona ben fornita di tutti negozietti parcheggio și trova sul bianco.Da ritornare decisamente.

Veramente poco

Все было великолепно! Пляж рядом, супермаркет 2 минуты, очень удобно. Через дорогу минуты 4 ходьбы есть жёлтый супермаркет, он работает без перерыва на сиесту. Проживая в этих аппартаментах мы могли путешествовать по всему Неаполитанскому заливу( Капри, Позитано, Соренто)так как Порт с паромами в 20 минутах ходьбы. ЖД СТАНЦИЯ тоже рядом, мы могли быстро добраться( Соренто за 1.80 евро, Помпеи за 1.50евро и Неаполь 3.30 евро). ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО ВИТОРИО ЗА отзывчивость и помощь. Вид с балкона просто потрясающий. На кухне есть все необходимое. Кровати очень удобные. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство.

Все было отлично

Great location just 15-17 minutes from the train station. The apartment was very clean; new bathrooms; wonderful view from the bedrooms. But what makes this a superb place is Vittorio’s customer service! He is really a wonderful host! He met us at the apartment to show us everything. He was very responsive and very accommodating. I’d definitely stay at this apartment when I’m in the area in the future.

it was close to our family. it was clean. beautiful view. AC in bedrooms.

minimum frills - I.e beds with sheets but no blankets, the smallest rug in the bathroom with a floor that gets slippery. we have stayed in many apartments in stabia but this was our least favorite.
