Good communication through WhatsApp, available and checked in on us with a message every evening to see if we needed something. They helped us book a taxi from the airport and back again. We also got help with booking a boat trip that was very well organized. We arrived late with the plane so we picked up the keys ourselves through the locked key box otherwise they would have met us personal. Very satisfied with the apartment! Big, light, fresh and cleaned! Very good location as well! Just a few minute walk to the train with connection to Napoli, Sorrento and Pompeii and walking distance to the ferries to Amalfi coast and Capri! Also very good café with great breakfast just on the other side of the street!

Bien placé pour aller à Pompéi, Vésuve. Il y a des bateaux pour Capri aussi par exemple,

Il manque des petites choses : pas de torchons, pas de plat pour cuire dans le four… 1 petite cuillère…. Mais sinon, les équipements sont en bon état.

Great location

We thought we were staying in a bright, sunny apartment with a sea view balcony as that is what all pictures showed. Out apartment overlooked the washing lines of the neighbours and was dark. It was the complete opposite to the pictures. On saying this to the owners I was told that is what I booked. This apartment was not shown in photos so it was very misleading. I would not have booked it if I had seen the actual photos. The coffee machine tripped the power when used. Parking in the area is impossible, I would not stay here if you have a car. Not suitable for 4 people as the only couch is in the small kitchen and converts to the second bed.
