Beautiful, roomy, open floor plan - direct oceanfront (no drive beach) 4th floor, corner unit condo with wrap-around views. Approximately 2000 square feet open floor plan beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained in the exclusive SandCastle condos of new smyrna beach. SandCastle building has only 25 units and is immaculately maintained with a heated (seasonal) pool and hot tub with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is one underground parking space per unit. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and sliding door to oceanfront balcony as well as floor to ceiling windows with an amazing view. Master bath has updatedwalk-in shower and double sinks. There are 2 walk-in closets with built-ins. 2nd bedroom has king bed and private bath with shower. Also has private balcony with side view of ocean. 3rd bedroom has a king bed and shares balcony with 2nd bedroom. Full bath is across the hall with tub/shower combo. The master, living, dining,and kitchen all share stunning ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, and laundry room,washer & dryer, 55 inch flat screen tv, wifi, living room couch pulls out into queen sleeper. Also, have a pack & play crib and another large blowup mattress. Plenty of games, books, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc for beach. Separate locked storage room contains all beach items.
Large corner balcony provides stunning ocean views and sun rise. Table and chairs allow for outdoor dining. 2nd private balcony has views of ocean as well as sunset views. Access to the beach is easy with no stairs, and security gates are electronically coded. There is also an underground parking garage with one reserved space per unit.
This condo is located on the no-drive beach approximately 2 miles from the Canaveral National Seashore which provides hiking trails, a park, museum and visitors center. Condo is approximately 6miles from Flagler Ave with many shops and restaurants. It is conveniently located approximately one hour from the Orlando International airport and Disney World. It is a short 40 minute drive from the Sanford International Airport and about 30 minutes from the Daytona airport.

My wife and I rented the condo with the intention of hosting for two weeks, and relaxing, which we accomplished. We were very impressed as it was clean, open, and large enough with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The condo is on the 4the floor of a 5 floor building with sufficient parking in the building or outside. It has an ocean balcony and also a back afternoon sun porch that is shared by two bedrooms. We loved the place and would and hopefully will return. The location suited us as we like to walk the beach and the beach is one of the best we have been to for walking. It was also close to Canaveral National Seashore park which has trails and a back bay. The interior decor was pleasant and if you like to cook which we do, the kitchen was fully stocked. Great ocean views of the ocean from the master bedroom and living room. It was a good place for a family and the beach room with all the necessary beach chairs, carts, and boards were located in an outside room across from the elevators - perfect. It made the most of the condo having all of this in a separate room not inside the condo. The owner was fantastic and communication was great. If you like to dine out and we do, there are ample restaurants in close proximity just a 5-10 minute drive. Overall, we both were very impressed. Thanks Anne.

We loved this place! The condo building itself is small, quiet, clean and super convenient, on our favorite beach and within our favorite quarter-mile. The owner was responsive and helpful with all of our questions and needs. And we really didn’t have many questions or needs or than a few clarifications! The unit is really roomy, well-supplied and as comfy and relaxed as being at home. Yes, it could use some updates here and there — but whose house couldn’t! Everything we really needed during our lengthy stay was provided and was more than adequate. Beds are comfortable, showers and tubs work fine, and appliances are high end and work fine. Decor is tasteful and fun. Guest spaces are well appointed and comfortable and roomy. And then there’s that ocean, literally just a few feet away! We would love to come back!

From start to finish this was a great experience! Great communication with the owner, all the necessities for a great day at the beach, and beautiful accommodations with a nice beach feel! I would definitely book this property again!
