We enjoyed the space this unit provided and the views of the sunrise and sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped, very clean condo, friendly people in the building, walking trail is great and pools were very nice. The grounds are beautiful!!
Downfalls, no blow dryers, communication was difficult with managing company (it took over 24 hours before pool passes were given), no beach gear and no beach towels which is difficult when traveling to destination by plane. Management did give us a two hour late check out for delay in pool passes.
I would stay here again.

What a lovely and spacious condo! Great views. Well furnished. LOVED the 4 bathrooms!
Only 2 downsides:
1. We were furnished with only 2 parking passes, and needed 5. The security guy on campus had no blank ones and was not helpful about offering to make any copies. He did write down our vehicle descriptions and didn't tow us between Saturday when we checked in, and Sunday night, when I was able to make copies. Thank you!
2. The elevator is REALLY slow, which for a 6th floor condo is inconvenient.
We loved everything else.

Nothing negative to stay about this great property. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Large, roomy and bright. The entire complex is beautiful. A short walk to the beach. The only issue I saw was when we went to use the bath towels, they were very damp. This issue was in both larger bathrooms. They had been folded and put away before they were dry. I washed them and dried them (that is when I found out the clothes dryer does not work very well and it did take forever for the towels to dry.) Also, make sure you bring all of your toiletries and such that you would need for a stay. I would recommend this property to everyone.
