Zum Inselparadies, Haus Meeresblick

Ein hübsche kleine, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wichtig und gut empfand ich die Verdunklungsvorhänge. Von der Tiefgarage kann man mit dem Fahrstuhl bis fast vor die Wohnung fahren. Zu Fuß sind es auch nur wenige Stufen. Toll sind Schwimmbecken und Sauna im gleichen Haus A. Aber: die Ferienwohnung ist quasi über dem Schwimmbecken-/Saunabereich. Da hört man über das Treppenhaus schon mal Lärm, da es in dem Schwimmbeckenraum ziemlich hallt. Mich hat es nicht so gestört.

Ich hätte mir einen etwas größeren Esstisch und ein zusätzliches Kissen gewünscht. Die im Wohnzimmer vorhandene Couch ist mit Schlaffunktion. Die mag für eine dritte Person wichtig sein. Besonders bequem zum Sitzen ist sie leider nicht.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles da, was man braucht! Meeresblick vom Sofa, Schwimmbad im Haus, kurzer Weg. Nah am Strand… Urlaub pur!

The apartment is really nice and the location just fabulous. It is only a few meters away from the beach - you can even see a bit of the ocean from the terrace. For 2 people the apartment was spacious, the bathroom very modern and nice. The kitchen also had everything you need. There are many TV channels and theres even a 3D player as far as I know. The bed was comfortable. To get the key we had to pick it up from the office which was just a 1 minute detour from the road - easy handling. The manager and owner were available at all times and helped with directions and last minute wishes. The car park is also very practical, unfortunately we only found out at the end, that there was a direct way from the car park to our apartment - we always went all the way around. There is also a Sauna and Pool in the house which we unfortunately didn't use, but I'm sure it is very nice as well.

The walls to the neighbors are very thin so you can hear noises. As we were visiting off the season there weren't many others but in peak season I think it could be a little noisy. The quality of the kitchen equipment was a little cheap, the knives a bit blunt, but all sufficient for our needs. Unfortunately there is no sun on the terrace after midday which is too bad as it would be awesome to have lunch or dinner outside... but that's the offside when you want to see the ocean from the terrace - you can't have it all :-)
