Ocean Pointe ~ This is a resort setting located in the heart of the Upper Keys. Property features include a heated Olympic sized swimming pool, private sandy beach, oceanfront marina with boat ramp and dockage, lighted tennis courts and oceanfront gazebo, - all situated on 69 lush tropical acres.
This designer decorated condo features two bedrooms, and two full baths. The master suite has an elegant 4 poster king sized bed and private master bath with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and shares access with the hallway bath, which has a tub/shower combination.
The living room is tastefully decorated in tropical themes and offers endless open-water views. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has eat-at counter seating for 4 people.
Centrally located, this condo resort is close to all the the Upper Keys has to offer including dining, shopping, watersports, and so much more. The location is approximately two hours from famed Key West and approximately one and a half hours from Miami International Airport.
The marina is run by the Condo association and is not included in the condo rental. The Ocean Pointe Marina can accommodate crafts up to to 28 feet with access to the boat ramp and boat trailer parking. Please ask for the Ocean Pointe Marina costs and requirements. The boat ramp is a concrete ramp with loads of water and the marina is clean and well kept with direct ocean access, All jet powered watercrafts (i.e., jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

This condo was perfect for the two of us! We stayed for a week and the entire trip was perfect, from the condo which was a good location, to the communication from Gordon, everything was top notch! The pool was great, the onsite bar was awesome! The staff so friendly. There were people traveling from all over so we met quite a few travelers from Europe and the midwest USA. From families to couples, everyone was happy with this resort.

Good floor plan. The owner was very communicative. Nice view of the water. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a dinner or two. The size of the deck does not accommodate chairs larger than a barstool. Next time I would pick a place that I can comfortably spend time enjoying the view with a Thank in my hand
