The Space:
Please note: The building will undergo roof replacement work approximately May 18–June 18, 2026. Construction will take place Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with possible daytime noise, especially for upper-floor units. Workers may also require brief balcony access during the first two weeks of the project. No work is scheduled for Memorial Day weekend. Thank you for your understanding.

• Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator

Guest Access:
Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:
- 24/7 Front Gate Security
- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)
- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.
- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo
- On-site Island Grill Beachside Cafe and Island Grill Poolside Bar;
- Two private Tennis courts
- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;
- 2 Parking spots per reservation
- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available. The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dock master.
The Neighborhood:
On 60 acres in Key Largo, this beachfront resort is 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center.
The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists.
The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable!
The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.
Getting Around:
A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.
Other Things to Note:
No pets or smoking allowed.
Marina Info:
All marina and trailer reservations must be made in advance through the on-site dockmaster—no same-day reservations. Boats up to 28 ft accepted. Slips are first come, first served. Proof of insurance ($300K liability, $100K property damage) is required. Jet-powered watercraft (jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are not permitted.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a text message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay. Unit photos and descriptions were accurate. Unit is nicely appointed, but make sure to bring or buy extra toiletries for longer stays (this is noted on the listing, but want to point out). Check in was a breeze and Management company was generally responsive until the last night/day where several messages I sent went unanswered. Other than this, enjoyed the property and will likely return in the future.

My family and I were absolutely impressed with the suite. It was so clean, comfortable and smelled amazing. The place was stocked, great location, in the middle of the place so close to the pool and restaurant. The security made me feel safe.The view was amazing too. The cool cats hanging around had me so wanting to keep one. They don't let me get close though. The hosts were so amazing. They communicated, they checked on us and were so kind! When we go back, we will definitely be staying again. Thank you for allowing us to make memories in such a nice place.
