Our home is modern, hip and private, in a very safe, gated community that features 40 acres of lush green lawns, walking trails, palm trees, 4 tennis and 4 pickle ball courts (3 lit at night) and and indoor racquetball court. A short walk outside our door, you’ll find a saline, heated pool (one of 6 in the complex) and large hot tub, with comfortable lounge chairs poolside. Our condo was totally renovated from top to bottom and sports polished concrete floors, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The décor and furnishings blend mid-century modern style with 21st century comfort. Outfitted with flat screen TVs, cable, wi-fi internet access, ours condo is an ideal vacation rental in the desert. We have a private, east-facing courtyard patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee; there are breathtaking mountain views from the southwest patio and a BBQ for grilling. Adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen, our dining area seats 6, with bar seating for 3. The living room, with its magnificent vaulted ceiling, is equipped with a 60”flat screen TV, DVR, many HD cable channels and a Bose stereo with iPod docking. The master bedroom has a 37” flat screen TV, king-sized bed, direct access to the southwest patio and a walk-in shower with glass wall and marble floor. The second/guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, built-in desk/office space and sliding glass door to the east-facing patio. A second bathroom is nearby, with a shower and bathtub. There is a washer and dryer in the suite, as well as abundant linens and towels. Our home is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown shops and restaurants, golf courses, Palm Springs Art Museum, mid-century design district and funky coffee shops. Activities in the Palm Springs area include many more golf courses, hiking, horseback riding, Joshua Tree National Park, a water theme park, an aerial tram and shopping on El Paseo Drive in Palm Dessert and at the designer outlet mall, in Cabazon. Whether you are seeking a quiet, sun-filled getaway, or an action-packed holiday, our condo as it all. Small dogs may be considered, please contact owner for fees and permissions.
