Casale immerso nella campagna, a pochi passi (7 minuti in macchina) dal mare. Appartamenti carini
Mi è stato richiesto un supplemento di 10€ al giorno per il cane nonostante la mia tariffa Booking esplicitasse “Extra inclusi: soggiorno animali domestici incluso” e nel momento della prenotazione venisse pubblicizzata questa cosa. Ho provato a farlo presente, ma non c’è stato verso. Mancanza di piccoli dettagli: il phon!!! Ho provato a chiederlo in reception, ma non ne avevano più e mi è stata consigliato di comprarlo al supermercato vicino. Le due mancanze mi sono state giustificate dicendo che è Booking che scrive esserci cose che poi non ci sono, sinceramente non ho mai avuto esperienze di questo tipo… Poca empatia del personale Pochi piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza quando si accoglie un cliente!

Lo staf molto gentile. La posizione ottima per raggiungere Loretto anche Ancona. Molto silenzio , ottima per rilassarsi.
Le camere non erano molto pulite, tanta polvere e pavimenti sporchi, anché un pò di ragnatelle qua e la. Un altro punto a sfavore e stata la non funzionalità dle walbox per ricaricare la macchina elettrica.

La tranquillità del posto e la piscina.
La zona giochi da migliorare come i tavolini esterni un po usurati. La lavanderia poco carina rispetto al complesso.
