Location, perfect! In the city center
The walls are very thin so all noise from the neighbours was very loud! The heater in the bedroom did not work so the first night was very cooold, then we got an electric one but could not use it for too long The card for the waste disposal did not work so was very inconvenient to get down with the trash and find another trash bin

Perfect location in central Bologna. We were met on arrival by Martina who was a fantastic help with delivering the keys and giving us a tour of the apartment. The apartment had everything we required, was a minute's walk from Piazza Maggiore, and very good bars and restaurants in the area. Also, the apartment is very quiet, even in the evening and we had no trouble sleeping on the comfortable king size bed. We would use this property again.
We couldn't fault the property. It is on the 1st floor, up 2 flights of stairs from ground level, however there is an operational lift.

Clean, equipped well, very good location
WiFi doesn’t work. Spent the whole 3 days trying to get it to work and sending messages back and forth with landlords colleague. Someone even entered the apartment when we weren’t there , without even having the decency of letting us know beforehand. (I know this because we found the WiFi Router in a different place) I don’t have a problem with the landlord coming over to check things but to advise the tenant before hand is a no brainer in my opinion.
