We shall not be using Booking.com again.

Nothing as we never got there.

Despite claiming that there was secure on-site parking this was not true. The real information regarding the parking was not sent to us until it was too late to cancel. The lack of on-site parking made it impossible for us travel as, for health reasons, we would be unable to transfer our luggage to the apartment. The owners' response was to say it was clearly stated on the website, when we made the booking in January, that the parking was private, secure and nearby. This is not true. Booking.com's Customer Service department has been totally unhelpful. It has sent us meaningless AI responses, promising "someone would get back to us within 24 hours", but this has not happened. Booking .com has taken no responsibility for what seems to us to be a clear case of misselling. The online description has now been changed, but does still not make clear that the parking is a distance away from the apartment.

Location close to beach

Say there's parking but it is in the next block of apartments. Looks near but far to walk to child and belongings. Very inconvenient if you have kids and going with stuff. There's no where to offload your stuff near the apartment as only have pedestrian access. They use a combination lock system. And perhaps was our bad luck but first day we left the apartment the lock stopped working. Called and had to wait about 15 min to send someone to ensure I was doing the right thing and entering the lock code correctly. Then discussion back and forth and they came put to replace the lock. But they owners are over 1 hour away so you sit and wait for them. Replacement took about another 90 min. For me it was short vacation with my 4 year old and this was not relaxing. I was not happy and the owners said "well they also lost time with their daughter having to come change the lock." Very disappointed but this. Lastly States... toiletries provided. But none where and no coffee or sugar as specified. I would not support them again. Had I not gone back to the room to prepare lunch and we were locked out in evening I can only imagine how much worse it would be. For over 200 EUR per night I expected alot more.

Super clean appartment with all neccessary utensils and new clean towels. Owners are so far the nicest people we’ve met on our trip:)

Great Stay at Villers Plage

The apartment was beautiful. We loved how we did not need to meet at a time to get the key and we could just walk in and get comfortable. The place was very clean and the WiFi worked like a dream. The location was top notch as well, because the restaurant down the road was also wonderful. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the lack of a dedicated parking space.

L'entrée dans les lieux sans réelle contrainte. La proximité de la plage et la mer. la vue sur la mer. Pour gagner de la place dans le salon et quand meme pouvoir manger ensemble, les tables gigogne

la dureté du matelas qui nous a cassé les reins, le drap du canapé était complètement tâché, joins noircis par les moisissures dans la douche

Séjour agréable mais pour 1 ou 2 personnes car petit globalement

1. L’emplacement avec vue sur mer, petite terrasse 2. le logement était propre fonctionnel et mignon. 3. Premier étage avec ascenseur donc pratique 4. La chambre agréable 5. Plein de petites attentions laissées (thé , café , produits, gâteaux…) et c’est agréable en arrivant

1. Aucunes chaises à la table salon comme mentionné sur la photo, on ne peux donc pas s’y installer pour manger. (Nous étions 3) 2. Le matelas du canapé lit hyper mou pas confortable. 3. Salle de bain très petite notamment les toilettes collé au mur , on ne peux pas s’assoir correctement 4. Compliqué de comprendre ou se garer on a beaucoup tourner en rond car on ne comprenait pas les vidéos qu’on a reçu
