Brand new 580 square ft. This property was renovated, everything is new and simple making you feel right at home. What makes it great about this apartment is the perfect location. The location in this property is great due to the fact that in a 15-20 min range you are right in the middle of so many amenities and recreational facilities. This was a dual purpose trip. I saw my son and attended a conference in San Antonio. Pablo was terrific in getting back to me with questions and asking if there was anything I needed. The space was so cozy and homey and very comfortable. The location was terrific and the value was unbeatable. Thank you for a terrific stay!!

Our rental was double booked..couldn't get a hold of host..the house cleaning lady helped us finally get in around 10pm into a small room,we had to sleep on one bed,and had to get up early the next morning so our reg rental could be cleaned..sat outside for over an hour..I feel I should get reimbursed at least for that 1st day and half of 2nd..after all that everything got better...its a beautiful rental and perfect location to everything..even after everything I do recommend it..that 1st day was HELL!!! Please look into reimbursement for the lost time in our regularly paid location...I don't know what happened,how someone else ended up in our rental,but i can say the owner was very rude to the other guest..he should've took it to ARB not her,somehow she got the code to get in from someone who they also rented from...

Came in for our son’s Air Force Graduation. 10 minutes away from the base, downtown and the Riverwalk. This place was clean, has everything you need to cook, eat, and relax. Communication with the renter was great. Bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable and internet service was on point. Would definitely stay again, and I especially recommend this property to any parents coming in to watch their loved one graduate from BMT.

Upon arrival the apartment was not in the location as indicated on vrbo, safety was questionable. As we entered the door of the property we were hit with a pungent smell. This odor had the smell of marijuana and was unbearable. I reached out to the owner was unable to reach him. I contacted VRBO and he then responded that his cleaner noticed an order. I made multiple attempts to contact him as did vrbo. We were unable to stay at the property and had to seek other arrangements. Vrbo is currently trying tk reach the property owner for a refund.

I highly recommend staying at this property. My husband and I stayed for our son’s BMT graduation. It is a short drive to base. The neighborhood was quiet and seemingly safe. We had one small issue, and notified Pablo of it. It did take a little while for him to respond, but he could have been busy. We would stay again if we are in San Antonio.

Very nice place for a couple to stay in during a visit to San Antonio. Very clean and comfortable. Had a couple of questions during our week long stay and Pablo quickly returned my texts with the answers I needed. The kitchen and the bathroom are cozy and nice. Easy parking on the street or the property. San Antonio is not a small city! Access to the cities thoroughfares is easy from the property, but remember you are not starting out in the city central area. If I return to SA I'd stay here again.

We were attending a graduation at Lackland AFB and didn't spend too much time at the property but we were ale to cook dinner and we all had a comfy place to sleep. Would highly recommend this spot. We had 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child.
