About this house rental
The property is near the village of Saint Martin de Seignanx, the bakery is within walking distance 500m. Ocean beaches at 10km maximum, Bayonne center at 10km, golf courses nearby, bike paths on the banks of the Adour. This house of XIX enjoys large living rooms, dining room of 45m2 and living room of 45m2 flooded with light, a large hall with billiard, a farmhouse kitchen on the ground floor; on the first floor two large bedrooms with canopies and private bathrooms, a character room with two beds; on the second floor four bedrooms all personalized with their private bathrooms. The park consists of a large meadow surrounded by ancient oaks welcomes a swimming pool (5x11) and shelter. A terrace (30m2) at the foot of the stoop allows to take meals, aperitif and coffee enjoying an idyllic setting.

Good location, walking distance to Boulangeries and restaurantShort drive (20 mins) to good beaches, bayonne and a little longer (45 mins) to biaritz. Pool is excellent size in sunny spot with shady pergola including bbq Semi rural location with a healthy bat population which did on occasion make their way into the house. House has WiFi with reasonable coverage but the speed could be better

Bien equipé, piscine agréable et grande, idéal pour la fraicheur en cas de forte chaleur.
Trés belle construction du 19 éme siécle hauteur sous plafond parquet versaille et magnifique menuiserie.
Parc de 2 hectare au calme et planter d'arbre magnifique.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille et entre amis dans ce magnifique château. Très bel endroit, très beaux espaces et bonne situation. Quelques pistes d amélioration: préparer les lits pour l arrivée des hôtes
changer les casseroles (l alu ce n est pas top)
Ajouter des chaises longues à la piscine car les transats sont jolis mais pas super confort

Cette demeure est formidable tout autant que ses hôtes qui sont à l’écoute et on été disponible. La maison est pleine de surprises, son magnifique jardin regorge d’endroits insolites où l’on s’y sent vraiment bien. Nous reviendrons prochainement. Merci !
