Located in the heart of the village of Barcus, in the interior of the Basque Country, Galhareta – The Pink House is an eighteenth-century mansion with authentic charm, offering large volumes, a 4,000 m² wooded park and a swimming pool, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The house has approximately 300 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 15 people. It has been restored and improved gradually over the years, with the aim of preserving its character, materials and warm atmosphere. It is not a recent villa with standardised finishes, but an old, lively, comfortable and functional house, designed for sharing and conviviality.

First floor (approx. 150 m²)
The entrance hall serves:
a convivial living room equipped with a TV, DVD player, reading corner and board games,
a spacious dining room, with a large family table and crockery in quantities suitable for groups,
a fully equipped kitchen, designed for cooking with others:
Large capacity double door fridge/freezer,
5-burner gas cooking range including a gunshot,
large oven, microwave,
utensils and equipment suitable for group meals.
From the living room, access is directly to a covered terrace, equipped with a large table, facing the pool and the park: a central area for meals and shared moments.
A WC is located under the stairs (with retro charm), as well as a very functional scullery/laundry room including:PGJyPg
washing machine, dryer, dishwasher,
additional fridge and freezer,PGJyPgPGJyPg
extra shower, ideal for returns from the pool, beach or hiking,
storage spaces for groceries, small appliances and linen management.

The first floor hosts the sleeping areas:

1 bedroom with 180 × 200 cm bed (and travel cot),
3 bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds,
1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 × 200 cm beds,

2 bathrooms with toilet, completely renovated in 2025, offering comfort and practicality for the stays of several families or generations.
