About this house rental
This beautiful and comfortable holiday home is located 1.5 km from Trevinano, a small pretty medieval village on the border between Lazio and Tuscany, and only 8 km from San Casciano dei Bagni. San Casciano di Bagni is a very famous wellness center in Tuscany, a little pearl, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, as everyone calls it. The villa was built as a hunting lodge for the lords of Proceno (a village worth seeing and a breathtaking castle that the owner will be happy to show you), which is only a few kilometers away. On a hill, in a very quiet location, the house has a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. Ideal for trips to the Etruscan cities, the house is only 55 km from Tuscania, 65 km from Vulci, and 30 km from Orvieto and Bolsena. In Tuscany you can visit Chiusi 30 km (with a beautiful Etruscan museum and moat), and the tufa rock Pitigliano 40 km, Montepulciano 44 km, Pienza, 55 km, all the world famous villages. Florence and Roma are the same away (approx. 150 km).
The villa is very well furnished with antique furniture and can accommodate up to 14 people. Large garden with swimming pool (12x6, open May-Oct)
It is divided on two floors.
Ground floor: entrance with a vaulted ceiling; fully equipped kitchen with dining room; large living room with fireplace, separated from the dining room by an arch; Study room with double sofa bed; Bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet; Double rooms; second dining room with fully equipped kitchenette.
First floor: living room with an open fireplace; Study room with a staircase to the open gallery with a double bed, which is ideal for children; Double; Bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet; Double bedroom with bathroom on two levels en-suite (tub / toilet / bidet); Double room (the bed can also be separated) with bathroom en-suite (shower / toilet / bidet); Double room with minibar and bathroom en-suite (bath / toilet / bidet); Veranda with fireplace, grill and large dining table.
