About this house rental
Gorgeous home on 5'-6' main channel water with many amenities. Main level boast of a chef's kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, stainless vent hood & large pantry. Open Floor plan features water views all around with screen porch on lower level while main level offers covered open deck ready for grilling & entertaining. 2 Bedrooms and bath on main level with the "captains quarters" on top featuring an entire floor w/covered private deck, large master bedroom with king size bed, 2 WIC, huge master bath w/ jetted tub and walk in shower, laundry & adjacent (semi-private) loft with queen size bed.
**Please note that you will have to walk through the master bedroom to get the loft bedroom. The master bedroom guests & loft bedroom guests will both use the master bathroom. There is also a full size pull out couch on the bottom level.
Our home is just a few miles off of HWY 431 & a short drive to Guntersville, Scottsboro, & Huntsville. The closest boat ramp is just 3 miles away at Waterfront Grocery & Deli. The pier/dock is open & external power, lounge chairs, table & chairs are provided. The INSIDE of the boathouse is not open to guests.
**Please note many parts of Lake Guntersville have been experiencing a problem with eelgrass and around our area is no exception. Please know that activities around the boat house will be limited due to the eelgrass. We would be happy to answer any questions you have may have regarding this issue. Unfortunately, owners have no control over this situation. THIS SITUATION IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING SO PLEASE ASK IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS!

Check in is 3 pm & check out is at 10 am. If you would like an early check in/late check out(when available) there is a $50 fee due at check in.
We require all guests to purchase a $79 non-refundable insurance policy. If you do not want to purchase the policy or request a refund the owners have the right to cancel or not accept your reservation.

The backyard view is incredible! The home was clean and cozy and spacious enough for our family. Shopping and groceries were not too far from the home which was very convenient. We would definitely rebook and recommend as a vacation rental.
