The staff were friendly and supportive. Offered a late check out for free rather than their normal 20 euro charge as a compensation for the inconvenience caused by the lack of WiFi.
The WiFi didn't work for the first night even though this was reported immediately the engineer couldn't fix it until the second night, numerous visits and him going in and out. It seems there is a router in each room and our's was broken. Even when it was eventually fixed it kept cutting out. As we were there for only 2 nights we couldn't be bothered to have the engineer marching in and out of the room again so didn't report it. I booked the place because we needed a decent WiFi to upload some videos unfortunately it was not to be.
