The accommodation was overall clean and bigger than we expected. We also appreciated having two TVs, one in each room. When we asked for the towels to be changed, we received fresh ones without any problem, and toilet paper was provided every day.

The biggest issue was the payment situation. We were asked to pay the prepayment by bank transfer to an Armenian bank account. We did os using the current exchange rate in Armenia. We were told that we would be able to pay the remaining amount using the same method, so we did not bring cash specifically for this payment. However, during check-in, the property representative asked us to transfer a significantly higher amount in AMD because they were using an exchange rate that was around 12–15% higher than the regular exchange rate. They could not clearly explain or justify where this exchange rate came from. We therefore had to request that the payment be made by card through a POS terminal instead. This was particularly unpleasant because we had just driven for more than 12 hours from Yerevan to Ureki and had to spend additional time negotiating the payment instead of simply checking in and resting. Another major issue is the road leading to the property. It is in very poor condition, with no asphalt, large holes, and big stones. If you are travelling with a sedan, be prepared for a difficult drive. On the third day, after it rained throughout the night, the entire road was covered with water. It was practically impossible to cross on foot — people were getting water up to their hips. We initially tried to cross by car, but the water reached approximately the middle of the doors, and the car's battery/electrical system started giving warning signals, so we had to turn back. We eventually spent around 20 additional minutes driving around to find an alternative way to reach the property. This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience. The property should seriously consider doing something about the access road, or at least clearly warn guests about how difficult the road can become after heavy rain. Overall, the accommodation itself was fine, but the payment issue and especially the extremely poor road conditions significantly affected our experience.

Современный новый гестхаус, все продумано и сделано на совесть. Хорошая мебель, белоснежное белье и полотенца, удобная душевая кабина( что оказалось редкостью для Грузии), сетки на окнах, балкон со стульями и сушилкой. Прекрасная администратор Нино, которая сразу вышла на связь и отвечала на все запросы. Спасибо, буду рада вернуться к вам))

Понравилось все. Прекрасный персонал, максимально помогали во всем. Очень чистый номер, расположение прекрасное, чуть чуть пройти от центральной улицы, зато очень тихо.
