Affordable Luxury: Papakea Resort One Bedroom, No Hidden Fees

With so much to enjoy on the resort grounds or within a short walk, a little planning goes a long way toward affordability on Maui: Dine at one of many local restaurants, catch happy hour and some of the best live music on Maui, all within a few hundred yards of our place. Skip the drive across the island to find turtles- they are right out front! Enjoy the privacy of our ground-floor residence with Koi Ponds and manicured tropical foliage just outside our lanai. Spend the day enjoying the resort amenities, including a heated swimming pool and hot tub, six barbeques, a covered cabana, a shuffleboard deck, and a twelve-hole putting green. Reserve a cabana to share food and fun at your own private party (holds up to 20 guests).

Relax by the seawall and enjoy unobstructed views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Humpback whales winter here from December through April, and the best sunsets on Maui occur each evening!

Stroll around the 13-acre property, and you'll understand why Papakea Resort is an award-winning destination. The immaculate grounds are lush with tropical horticulture, including Plumeria and palm trees, birds of paradise, and other tropical flora.

If you're up for a longer walk, take the path to the south of Papakea, across the canal bridge. From there, the Kaanapali Boardwalk stretches nearly three miles to Whalers Village, meandering along the famous coastline and resorts.

If you prefer a day on the beach, help yourself to our cooler, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and towels. We also have golf putters and pickleball paddles.

We spend most of the year at our Papakea Condo, so get it while you can! Over the years, we've made many improvements, including new tile floors, an upgraded bathroom with a walk-in shower, and new furniture/decorations.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for any meal. There is a safe, iron/ironing board, washer/dryer. New LG 48-inch QLED TV in the living room. Free WiFi in our unit and a hotspot in both cabanas.

With no ‘resort fees,’ the quoted price is final (for room, parking, and taxes). Any other fees would only apply to booking activities, etc.

- The resort is undergoing a plumbing renovation project. Our building is complete, and they are now working on buildings far removed from any noise/disruption, etc.
