- All furniture is whimsical and light to match the beach seasons and provide the comforts of home. The beds are reviewed as very comfy!
- 50" Smart LED TV includes expanded cable! and DVR capabilities, WIFI and game available.
- 5 spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans and extra floor fans to enhance the windows ocean breezes. 1 Full, 3 Doubles and 2 twins.
- Full size washer and dryer available on the 2nd floor for ease of use and light packing.
- The front of the cottage provides a crushed shell private parking area, large enough for 2 cars.
- The enclosed backyard contains a large outdoor shower, blue stone patio and seating area, small floral yard and propane grill for added enjoyment.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, dish-ware, coffee pot, microwave, blender and dishwasher.
- Linens and towels are to be provided by you, but pillows and bed covers are available in each room.
- The house has a full bath downstairs, a large outside shower and a small quaint toilet bath upstairs.

Love many things about this house - location, has parking (as we need the car when supplying linens), The Porch!!, the outdoor shower, and well equipped kitchen. Perfect access to town and Inkwell.

Our family and friends enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property! You could not ask for a more perfect location. The house is approximately one block from Union Chapel, one and a half blocks from circuit and three blocks from the inkwell. The porch was absolutely lovely and it was great to sit outside and people watch. The just is very responsive and everything was as indicated. We are looking forward to vacationing here again.

If you enjoy the Martha’s Vineyard experience, book this property now! The location is prime—within walking distance to the beach, Circuit Avenue, and other points of interest in Oak Bluffs. The spacious porch is perfect for relaxing, the kitchen is functional, and we loved having a grill. Add in the convenience of on-site parking, and there’s not much more we could have asked for. Highly recommended.

Loved this cottage, it is so cute and roomy! Ideal location to the ocean, park and Circuit Avenue at the end of the road. Easy walk to everywhere!
