· At this time, we are not hosting local residents.
👥 Guest Count & Fees
· Base rates cover up to 3 guests. Each additional guest (from the 4th guest onward) is subject to an extra nightly fee.
· Only registered, paying overnight guests are allowed on the property.
· Please ensure your guest count is correct before your stay. Refunds for adjustments are at the host’s discretion.
· This system allows us to keep rates affordable for smaller groups while still accommodating larger ones.
🔇 Quiet Hours & Noise Policy
· We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to respect our neighbors.
· If noise ever becomes an issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—and we’ll do the same if needed

· We provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods.
· Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and basic coffee/creamer are provided.
· For longer stays, please purchase any additional supplies you may need.

· There are stairs to enter the front and back porches of the home.
💳 Damage Waiver & Fees
· A $129 non-refundable Damage Waiver is required for all reservations.
· Covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage.
· Intentional or negligent damage is not covered and will be the guest’s responsibility.
· Strong odors requiring Ozone treatment (smoke, heavy food, etc.) incur a $500 fee.

This property was amazing. The location was perfect for the downtown activity on High Street. Campus and the convention center were well within walking distance. There are many great restaurants and activities located that near the house, Columbus remains an amazingly friendly host city. The amenities matched with what was provided on the VRBO site. The property was immaculately maintained. This is a location I will certainly use again in the future (or another property managed by the same group). The manager Christine was amazing, we had to flex our schedule a bit and she did a phenomenal job accommodating our needs. Her kindness, hospitality, and adaptability made our trip amazing in every way.

PROS This place is roomy, centrally located, and the area is nice and walkable. Our contact was very responsive. CONS Minor maintenance issues (quickly resolved). Could have used more dishes and silverware in the kitchen (but it was well-stocked otherwise). Curtains or tighter-closing blinds would have been helpful in first floor bedroom. Uneven risers on stairs and slippery mat/rug. Significant street noise. No garage parking available (had to park sideways on an incline in front of closed garage). House was difficult for us to find at the end of a narrow, curved alley.Despite the cons, I would consider staying there again because the house is so centrally located.
