Beach Villa 4 BR 4.5 BA Private Pool Jacuzzi Private Chef Gated Luxury.
You will be wowed by this architectural beauty with its floor-to-ceiling windows, offering sun-kissed ocean views & perched overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Located in the ritzy gated-community of Playacar & a lovely 20-25 min. stroll to the beginning of 5th Avenue. You'll pass stunning villas, gardens & happy tourists. This is a vacation like no other, a chance to immerse yourself in total R&R!
(NOTE: Guests pay us directly for the rental amount due us being an integrated parter with VRBO. VRBO only charges you their guest fee upon booking. You can verify this by contacting VRBO AT 1-877-202-4291 & give them our ID which is 04DATS & Tonya Sarina. Please don't book until you verify this with VRBO.
The Villa is ideal for families & larger groups as each bedroom enjoys a spacious en-suite bathroom, offering privacy & space. We're one of the few villas with a highly trained Chef who'll tantalize you with her elegant cuisine! Our Chef specializes in Mexican dining yet can also prepare other types of cuisines based on your tastes, preferences (incl. religious), allergies etc. We also offer a dynamic villa manager & housekeeper. (Staff are discreet & will only be there for their allocated services.)
CHEF SERVICES & MEAL PLAN: Chef Hours: 9AM to 3PM
*Breakfast & lunch is prepared 6 days per week for a 7-night booking with 1 day off. If your stay is less than 7 nights, Chef will prepare breakfast & lunch daily. (On check-out day, only breakfast is served.)
*Groceries are extra + a delivery fee.
*A menu will be sent to you for group meal planning so please have a consensus of a group plan as Chef cannot prepare a different meal per person.
*Dinner is not included but can be arranged if Chef is available. (Service ends at 8:30PM) Dinner rates: Adults 12 & up: $40. Kids 5-11: $20. Kids under 5 are free. Specialty Menu: $50 per person. I.E. Surf & turf, lamb, Mexican specialities, etc.
COMPLIMENTARY DINNER! (Please time your flight to arrive for check in at 3PM allowing 1 hour drive to the villa, so you can enjoy our dinner with appetizer, margaritas (mocktails) & a beef/chicken fahitas dinner with all the fixings! This dinner cannot be moved to a different time or day due to Chef's contract. Our gift to you! Gratuity is at your discretion.
OUTDOORS: The spacious terrace, & freshwater pool will be a favorite spot to enjoy cocktails & meals, & float the day away. (Note: the Jacuzzi will heat up to very warm, but due to being on the ocean with the breeze/wind, it won't be hot. This is not a defect of our Jacuzzi.)
*Automated awning for shade over the dining area, a dining set, loungers, umbrellas, BBQ, outdoor shower & speakers, nighttime pool lighting.

*During the warmer spring & summer months (or earlier), the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of seaweed which is a phenomenon). We cannot predict if or when it will come or how much & if it will disrupt swimming & the use of the beaches. Parts of the beach are cleaned when possible but we don't control when or if. There can be a sulfur smell if left. Conditions can also change daily depending on winds & tide. We recommend guests educate themselves about this issue before booking so there are no surprises, & plan to enjoy the many activities that this rich & fun area has to offer!
*Beach conditions are subject to natural changes caused by seasonal tides, wind & erosion which may affect the size, accessibility & appearance of the beach which is out of our control. Erosion may occur in the cooler winter months & as fast as it erodes, the sand can wash back in. The pictures of are our listing are accurate when the beach is at its optimal health, which is most of the year.
*Travel & Medical Insurance: Please protect your health & vacation. HURRICANE SEASON: from June 1-Nov. 30. The onus is on the guest to protect their investment & we cannot credit or refund you if you are outside your cancellation window
*We cannot refund or credit guests due to any of the above as we're very transparent so there's no surprises
*Maximum Guests:8 adults & 2 children 11 & under. Rental Age: 25 years of age.
*No parties, outside visitors or vendors are allowed on the property

We could not have asked for a better vacation. The property was wonderful. Julie (the chef), Masha (the villa manager) and Marbella (the housekeeper) made our trip that much better. Julie’s food was incredible— she brought in fresh ingredients daily and was creative with her presentation for even a simple breakfast! We enjoyed her meals so much, we even hired her to prepare a steak/ lobster dinner for a birthday celebration. Masha was ALWAYS available to assist with travel arrangements and dinner reservations, as well as providing recommendations to restaurants “off the beaten path”. She was the consummate professional. And finally, Masha recommended a bartender at our request— Paulina (Pau). She totally made our days by the pool hassle free! She crafts EVERYTHING with fresh ingredients… mango, strawberry, watermelon, mint… she shopped daily for those ingredients and arrived each morning ready to go. Her energy and personality are unmatched and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering this service— you won’t regret it! Overall, this group of people will over-deliver on expectations and will feel like family by the end of your stay. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. Our biggest decision for our week was what part of the pool we would sit in (shaded or sun) and what we would select for our meals the next day. We travel extensively, and we have never received the level of care we received at Casa Callaway. The chef, the housekeeper, the house manager, the property manager---all played pivotal roles to an enjoyable and worry-free trip. We have food allergies to contend with, and we had one conversation about allergies the first day. That was it. If you have ever had to repeat over and over at every new restaurant about your allergies, you understand not only how tiring it is, but how much anxiety comes with hoping you are safe. Our chef took great care of all our needs, above and beyond. The housekeeper kept everything immaculately. We went home with CLEAN, folded clothes. The house manager answered every single question quickly and even stopped by the house one evening when we had a minor issue with a remote. They take every request very seriously. Nothing too big or too small. We enjoyed the outdoor speakers, the closet of beach goodies and ice chests we could use. The house has more towels and linens than we could go through. We had a party of 8, 5 adults and 3 older teens. The room layouts allowed everyone enough space and privacy. Each suite having its own bathroom is a plus. We look forward to staying again in the future.

I came here with 7 of my friends to celebrate 20 years of friendship and we had a wonderful time. We loved the beach view and access, the pool, AND especially chef Julie who cooked us amazing breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Masha, the property manager, was also super helpful in organizing taxis and making restaurant reservations. We'd come back.

We had a great vacation but were somewhat disappointed in the house itself. We stayed in a condo in Punta Mita last year (on the beach) for about same price and the place was far nicer. This place is a great location on a fantastic beach but the house itself needs a lot of attention. The Jacuzzi did not work and had not according to the notes for a while. Minimal amount of closet space. TVs were difficult to work, Woodwork was falling apart.
The staff and house manager were great. Compared to last year’s staff they were fantastic.
All in all we had a great vacation and enjoyed ourselves
House manager made things happen and was very attentive
Cook and cleaning staff were great
Location on the beach was perfect
House needed attention
