The "Beach House" Casa Luna Maya is perfect for a luxury family vacation in Playa del Carmen. Located in the private Playacar Phase 1 community, the villa is equipped to accommodate discerning families accustomed to 5-star hotels who are looking for a different kind of vacation: private and exclusive. With its high-end amenities, domed ceilings, the largest private pool in Playa, and its location just 35 meters from the fine-sand beach with turquoise waters, the villa offers a unique Caribbean experience.
Accommodations
In this gated community, you’ll enjoy peace of mind thanks to security guards on duty 24/7 who continuously patrol the streets. Our beach villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people and has a capacity for up to 10 people.
It is the only villa that features two kitchens, a 300 m² garden in addition to the house’s floor area (650 m² in total for you).
Your luxury villa also features the largest pool, measuring 15 meters long.
- It has two bedrooms, including a master suite, making it ideal for multi-family vacations (one on the first floor and another on the second floor). Each spacious master suite includes a king-size bed, a large private bathroom, a walk-in closet, huge mirrors, a television, and a spacious desk, as well as safes.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 (first floor) feature a massive closet and pantry, an LED TV, a table, access to the pool or private garden, and a shared bathroom.
Each room has two double beds (4 double beds in total).
- High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the house offers the fastest possible connection with state-of-the-art routers, and new wall-mounted air conditioners in all bedrooms and living areas quickly cool the space.
- Hotel-quality cotton sheets and premium-quality mattresses add comfort for the whole family.
- Living room with a sofa and armchairs, a 65-inch smart TV, Netflix, air conditioning, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and smart remote switches.
- Dining room for 8 people with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the garden.
- Kitchen #1 on the second floor: spacious and comfortable with a bar, 6-burner stove, gas oven, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, and all the glassware and tableware you’ll need for you and your family or friends.
- Kitchen #2 on the first floor: brand new, with direct access to the pool and its terrace. It includes a new 4-burner gas stove, gas oven, a new range hood, a refrigerator with a new ice maker, a coffee maker, and all the necessary glassware and tableware.- Guest half-bath on the second floor, for a total of 3½ bathrooms in the villa.
- Dedicated laundry room with washer, dryer, and iron.
- Lounge chairs in the garden, plus a table and chairs for dining on the pool deck or in the garden.- The house provides chairs and a beach umbrella for use at the beach.

- Casa Luna Maya is located a 5-minute walk from all the attractions: the famous Fifth Avenue, the ferry terminal to Cozumel Island, the ADO bus station, and the 18-hole golf course.
- You’ll enjoy free parking for 3 or 4 vehicles around the house.
