A good size property with good services

Toilets and bathroom sinks were a bit low

Location is superb. On the water, by the Town.

Only 1 door key, and it cant be shut ‘behind you’ as such as the lock doesn’t work that way. So, you are either locked in/out or leave the door to the flat unlocked if anyone out late/early.

Unbeatable location. Property was clean and a great size for a family of four. Lovely short walk into shops and restaurants with views of the Estuary. Great access to Castle and coastal walks too.

Kitchen area was limited on space, the pots and pans non-stick were worn and the kitchen bin lid mechanism was broken (stuck open). At this price point one should expect attention to these things . Toilets and sofas were so low to the ground it defied reason! If you are tall or have mobility issues the toilets and sofas will not be good for you. The property was on balance good and the niggles we had are perhaps subjective. The property was not cheap and so we thought that our areas of disappointment warranted a mention.

Great location and good to have parking. Nice light main bedroom.

Property was dark in main sitting room and felt a bit dated and neglected particularly kitchen and bathrooms. Toilet seat broken in en suite on arrival. TV system dated - very limited options. 3 remote controls and at one point none of them working. A bit disappointing for what we paid
