Very unique to this property is that it comes with a Boat. Dean was amazing showing us around the bay. Must return!

As advertised, easy access to Honeymoon Island and the Pinellas Trail, and Dean provided passes to the state park and bikes and boats to borrow so you are all set. Beautiful deck and porch looking down on the dock - a wonderful place to eat meals if you don't feel like heading out to any of the many restaurants nearby. And with a Publix grocery store within walking distance that is an easy option.
After an initial miscommunication, Dean was available and very helpful. Definitely would recommend this place.
I guess it goes without saying, but if you are mobility challenged, make sure you get one of the ground floor units.
