About this house rental
This beautiful cottage is located off Exit 33 off I77 in the Point
subdivision. It is a nicely furnished waterfront home with
outstanding views of Lake Norman. This home features new HVAC, new interior and exterior paint and hardwood floors throughout! The lake views are spectacular and there is plenty of room for family and friends to relax in comfort. There is a large family room that opens up to the kitchen, as well as an enclosed sun room with panoramic views of the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. Two of the 5 bedrooms are on the main floor, including the master bedroom which features a king sized bed, large screen TV and custom master bath. Two bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom. The first room is a semi-private room with two twin beds and a lovely electric fireplace. The room off of the twin bedroom features a new foam mattress King bed. Family and friends will love the large bonus room loft above the garage, which also makes a great place to send the teenagers after along day on the lake. This room also features a large screen TV, ample seating, full bath and a queen bed with a high boy dresser.
This home is on some of the best deep water Lake Norman has to offer. There is a boat ramp on the property that guests are welcome to use. The large dock is fully equipped to tie up a boat, with a double jet dock for jet skis and more. The dock also features a diving board and ladder, and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing or just hanging out and relaxing! The home has a full deck with table & chairs & umbrella, plenty of seating and a patio with a propane gas grill. As an added bonus, this home sits next door to another vacation rental making this home perfect for larger events or multi-family vacations! Tiled sunroom with beautiful views of the lake and ceiling fans throughout, there are TVs in every bedroom, DVD, Expanded Cable w/ WiFi, filtered water and Garbage service.
We offer a stackable washer/dryer in one of the downstairs baths for smaller loads as well as a full Washer/Dryer, Microwave and all kitchen amenities, CD & DVD player. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable w/ the amenities you expect of a home. Central A/C. Fully Furnished including Linens, Towels, Dishes and all Utensils.

Such a relaxing home that covers every need we had. Beautiful location and not far from every convenience you might need. Spent lots of time just walking the area and enjoying the wildlife. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the area. Beds were very comfortable as was the home.

The location offered everything we needed to unwind and enjoy a relaxing weekend. The calming atmosphere of the lake allows us to disconnect from business of life and reconnect our long-standing relationships.

We had a great time at the lake house! Home is beautifully situated on the lake, fully stocked and very peaceful. We saw lots of chipmunks and deer which the kids loved. Definitely would book again for a family retreat.
