About this house rental
Welcome to Sunset Pointe! An entertainers dream existing vacation rental that is under new management! As you enter through the main foyer, take in those beautiful long range lake views.
Rainy or cool night and ready for some competition? Enjoy the 60 game arcade including the classics like Pac Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong and many more....or head to the game room garage to play Foos Ball or Ping Pong.
Head outside to enjoy fantastic amenities including (2) Standup Paddleboards, (2) youth kayaks, Cornhole, flexible lakeside seating with multiple decks and patio area, fire pit and private dock.

- Lake Norman is a man-made lake with varying water levels. The dock has a jet ski lift on one side and lift in the middle slip - please contact us if you intend to bring or rent your boat to ensure the boat will work.

It was amazing!!! Clean rooms, great fire pit! Thank you for the kindling! The game room!!!! Such great access to the lake. Having paddle boards and kayak was such a treat! Your generosity providing smores, wine, snacks! Thank you! So appreciate the beach towels and life jackets! One of the best places we’ve stayed!Appreciated the grocery store 10 minutes from the house

The house was gorgeous, the furniture was comfortable, there was plenty of dishes and silverware, the appliances were all clean and in excellent working order, and the beds were comfy. We’re already talking about booking another trip to this house next year!

The perfect place for a family of 10, from 3 states to meet for Christmas. No complaints at all. It was just perfect.
