We took a cousins trip to Georgia and spent four nights in the Blue Skies Cottage. Communication was good. The cottage was incredible, just as pictured. The enclosed porch was awesome, and the larger tv room was perfect for our movie night on the smart tv. The kitchen was very functional, and the bedrooms and bathroom were vey good. The location and neighborhood were awesome, and all of our destinations were only minutes away. Top notch experience!

Our stay was Fabulous , I have fallen in love with this home!!! Hope to return soon! We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our grandson’s birthday and our Godson’s birthday and then wedding! Hospitality was top notch as we arrived to 2 Adorable Birthday cupcakes and birthday cards signed by team from Lilmar stole my heart right from the start! Thank you

The house was fine. Very charming and shabby chic decor. The neighborhood was a disappointment. Very close to the airport which handled private jets. The noise was fairly often and very close. The street was packed with trucks. Across from the house a resident was building a swimming pool. Earth, movers and trucks going back-and-forth created a lot of noise in addition to thr air traffic . We really couldn’t use the bikes we rented with the streets being obstructed with many trucks. Description of the house should include the fact that it’s very close to a busy airport.

The house was a cute cottage and in a great neighborhood. We actually loved the house itself but the AC doesn’t work that well and the kitchen is not insulated, so it made cooking in the kitchen impossible because it got so hot. Cooked one night and ate out the rest of the time. I will say that we called the property managers and they quickly brought in 2 portable AC units that quickly cooled the house, except it still didn’t cool the kitchen when cooking. The only reason I would give it a 3 star rating is because of the AC. Other than that it was great.
