The location, the tranquility, the proximity to bus routes and a good pub.

Lovely position
Sadly the upstairs shower leaks needs a little tlc lol and the garden isn’t as secure as it could be (only as we have mini dashunds ) be good for any other size dog this is more personal really

Beautiful surroundings and nice and safe for our fur baby in the group the cottage is beautiful too very old with lots of features.
Something that cant be helped..cobwebs and spiders we understand its a old converted barn so this happens but quite a few in the bedrooms where a few people in our party have spider fears.
