About this apartment rental
This beautiful beach is called the Emerald Coast because of its breathtaking emerald green water. If you like sand dunes and salty air this is the place for you. This laid back beach condo is one of only (9) total units. Tiki 33 is on the 3rd floor, a west end unit with full view of beautiful sunsets on your private balcony. It is less congested, it's quite and personable. Return customers will get coupons for the next visit, you may also share with friends and family.
The newly redecorated beach house is furnished with everything you will need. A queen size bed with a comfy memory foam mattress top, flat screen TV, ceiling fans and cozy furnishings with a tropical feel. There is a variety of movies, books and games. A comfy trundle in the living area is perfect for additional guest, sleeps 2, all linens are provided. Full size bathroom has just been remodeled and we just added a new kitchen table and chairs. There is new white wash floors put in the whole unit, no carpet , new stainless steel appliances, new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. This is a beautiful unit.
If you feel like getting out there's plenty to do. ThenDestin Harbor Fishing Fleet offers bottom fishing, big game fishing, and dolphin cruises. And of course there are tons of water activities; kayaking, wind surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, and paddle boarding. Shopping is abundant with Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and the Shops at Sandestin. Don't miss the small shops! Banana Bart's is an old-time favorite with something for everyone!
And then there's golf. Boy is there golf! The Emerlad Coast is home of many fantastic courses designed by the pro's JerryPate, Robert Parker, Earl Stone, Robert Cupp, Tom Fazio, Fred Couples, Gene Bates and many others. I have to say it would be difficult to choose where you want to play.
So come to Tiki Beach Condo! Grab your swim suits, beach towels, sunscreen, shorts, tees, and toiletries. You're done! Have some fun!

Condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Mrs. Diane is the nicest person. I had asked if we could check in a bit early and she didn’t hesitate to offer us an earlier check in without making us pay extra, which is rare in Destin/Fort Walton. My wife and I will definitely be staying here in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. We loved the location, the private beach, and being just steps away from it. Spent lots of time on the balcony morning and night just listening and watching the ocean. The beach items such as chairs and sand castle toys were an added plus. The bed was a queen size, but it was comfortable so we had no problem with it! The only difficult thing was the parking in our specific unit. We were assigned to park in the spot next to the retaining wall and we drove a large SUV. It was difficult to get in and out of with a large vehicle but a smaller vehicle would’ve been no issue at all. We didn’t hear our neighbors or have any issues during our stay. Overall a great rental that we thoroughly enjoyed. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!!
