The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for gathering together. The kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, morning coffee, or quick snacks on the go.
Private Outdoor Space:
Step outside to enjoy the large fenced-in backyard, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air or enjoying meals at the outdoor table—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening conversations.
Parking:
For your convenience, the home features a large private driveway with a covered carport, providing ample parking for multiple vehicles. Boat and trailer parking is welcome, making this an ideal stay for guests bringing a boat or jet-ski. Absolutely no parking on the grass.

Located directly behind our home is a park- offering pickleball court, basketball court and play area. Minutes further down the road is a larger park with plenty of space to exercise, with a walking path and many play areas for kids. Conveniently located just 4 miles from the beautiful white-sand beaches of Okaloosa Island.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors or outdoors. Pets are not permitted at any time. Violation of these rules may result in additional cleaning fees and/or immediate termination of the stay.
