Spacious affordable condo located 4.5 miles from Disney, in a luxury resort that sits on 50 acres of magnificent landscaping.
Escape to this Caribbean style complex and leave all the hustle-bustle of the tourist district behind you!
As you enter the condo, a spacious living room, one-bedroom, and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a balcony are welcoming you. The condo is equipped with a large Smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in the bedroom, with cable service, a DVD player and a choice of several films, for you to enjoy. The cozy ambiance, the inviting living space, and the comfort, will let you feel right at home. We have a screened balcony to enjoy a relaxing moment outside.
The amenities include 2 heated swimming pools (the main one is lagoon-style with shallow walk-in located at the ClubHouse, only two minutes walk from the condo. A well equiped exercise room and a game room near by the main pool, and barbecue areas available for charcoal cooking, A Gazebo, 2 kids playgrounds, a basketball court, a tennis court, a volleyball court, several car washing facilities, and a Golf cage are all available for you to enjoy.
Our condo has absolutely everything to meet your expectations, even a laundry room inside the condo with regular size washer & dryer.

Wonderful stay. The condo was spotless and had all the necessities to make you feel at home. The condo was perfectly situated near great restaurants, clean gas stations and grocery stores. Anything you need is within a 1/2 a mile. Located within a gated community, we felt very safe and the evenings were calm and quiet. We visited the club house once and the pool was not crowded. People were very friendly.
Owner was very responsive and had clear and concise check-in / check-out instructions. Definitely a 5 star experience for us and we hope to be back same time next year.

Our stay was from 11-30 July 2023: Unit is as described with the exception of unit being on the 3rd floor (parking lot view) with no elevator, 40+ steps to climb. As with most tourist areas there’s a daily medium to heavy traffic flow on U.S. 192 (main travel route to theme parks, eateries/restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops etc.). May want to allow yourself an additional 15-25 minutes' drive time for traffic each way. The unit comes with two flat screen televisions but navigating through the channels could be a challenge due to no on screen TV guide showing what’s playing at what time, challenging to go directly to a specific channel of interest without going through each channel to get where you want to go and/or see what’s playing). Host is responsive to inquiries.

Problems with getting check-in details not resolved until just a short time before our flight and only via Home and Away.
Property was acceptable, air-con was noisy. Bathroom really needs a makeover. The bed also wasn’t a good sleep - low base, mattress had been topped with a spare duvet beneath the top sheet in a vein attempt to make it acceptable. Very limited TV channels - not even CNN - streamed from our iPads instead.
Washing from previous guests had been left wet in the washing machine - we re-washed it, dried it and put it away - probably explained why there were few towels before we found the washing!
The size of the condo is fine and the kitchen had what was needed. Communal areas are good, nice gym and pool area. But not in a location where walking out somewhere is really achievable - you have to take the car. Disney parks all very accessible by car in 10-15 minutes.
