The parents and guardian sole responsible for the safety and monitoring of any minors on property for their and everyone safety including scooters, pool or use of anything on property.
Please only use the top lock with a code. Guest are solely responsible for being locked out and any fees incurred. There will a extended delay to regain entry if locked out and host is not responsible for the duration or fees. A lockout fee will be charged of $200 to gain entry again. For your safety no additional keys maybe available. Guests Acknowledge and accept this fee and all problems arising. Guest also are responsible for any repairs or damage to property, fixtures or furniture. If a guest not contract us or not show for the first night of the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled. Kids should be surprised at all times. This is a promotional and highly discounted rate and guest agree to be responsible to resolve problems inside the rental that occurred after occupancy and guest understand they is No person onsite or available to remedy issues at the property and they must be cared for buy the guest. The host will assist as much as possible remotely but minor issues like problems with remotes, Roku, bedding, pillows, dust settling, internally being locked out/ externally being locked out and all other are at the expense of the guest with no reimbursement just the same as a normal condo rental; this is considered a short term condo rental lease.
