This studio barn conversion is situated in the North Devon village of Littleham and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
The Linney is a thoughtfully converted barn nestled within the owner's farmland, in the Devon village of Littleham. All ground floor, it boasts one king-size bed on a raised platform, sleeping two people altogether. The shower room is next door and there is also a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, bike storage and a garden with seating and shared lawn with a barbecue. The Linney offers a relaxing break in a wonderful region for touring Devon and Cornwall. Note: Two well behaved dogs welcome (cats are not permitted). Dogs must be kept on leads in the grounds of the property.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, WIFI, 32" Smart TV with Netflix, BBC, ITV and All 4, iPod dock/ DAB radio/CD player. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available. Ample off- road parking. Bike storage available. Garden with seating and shared lawn with BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (cats are not permitted). Dogs must be kept on leads in the grounds of the property. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5-minute walk. Note: Guests can purchase fresh produce including bread and cakes, free range eggs, fruit and vegetables when available. Note: Guests are also invited to make use of the shared 1-acre garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Stabling and grazing may be available for guests' own horse, which can be arranged directly with the owner.
