Very comfortable, smoke-free, family friendly unit located in the 'A' building of Oceanside Villas. Enhancements including an updated/ well-appointed kitchen, new flooring, paint and furnishings!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom touts a queen-size and a twin bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room provides additional sleeping space if needed. Enjoy everything the beach has to offer, or simply relax pool side. Your private balcony provides the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or get lost in a good book.
Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, you are just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants (some with live music), local shopping, and activities. Additional shopping in Mt Pleasant - just over the Isle of Palms Connector. Mini-golf, go-carts, and zip lining all within 15 minutes. Play at some of the area's finest golf courses. Husband and I travelled for our 30th anniversary trip. We stayed at this complex about 18 years ago with our kids when they were very young. We love the location! This unit was perfectly clean and decorated with a total beachy theme. It was sooo nice!

The condo is definitely not modern. Very tired with attempts to freshen with paint over areasNeeding repair. Not close to the beach as the pictures on line appear but located on busy street with a parking lot fence view. However, it was clean and adequate for the time we spent actually being in the condo.
