310C Oceanside Villa is a lovely 2 bed 2 bath condo just across the street from the beach and includes a private balcony with peaks of the ocean! Located on Isle of Palm's main strip with restaurant and shops just steps away. Comes with access to the community pool and private fishing pier.
Features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances throughout. Plenty of seating in the living room and outdoor porch to relax. There is a primary bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. Additional sleeping in the guest room with a hall bathroom to share.

Condo is in great location. Issue with check-in because code given did not work. They did respond quickly when contacted to provide new code but after 11 hour travel day it was frustrating. Choose wisely if not young - a week of walking up and down the steps to 3 rd floor got old. Showers floor n master needs attention as it seems to feel like it is not going to hold you up. Bottom bunk bed not suitable for adult but 10 year old didn't mind except the squeezing when moving. Overall it was good but we will choose lower floor next time.

Location of as great for ease of getting onto the beach and lots of food options nearby. Only one major problem for us: The lower bunk bed support system is very bad and should be replaced. It made a ton of noise and made our kids sharing that room so much harder than it should have been. It will probably mean the whole bunk bed frame needs replaced. If this gets addressed we will definitely book this place again next year.

What a wonderful, relaxing and exciting vacation! We enjoyed our time here so much. From relaxing on the beach, to delicious food, to exploring so many different areas. The history here is icredible. Isle of Palms was a dream for us. We enjoyed Sullivans Island too, and Mount Pleasant, and of course, Charleston!! What rich history, and beautiful old streets. Shopping was fun too, especially finding unique gifts for loved ones back home.
