The best balcony in the city!

The location (almost at the beach), balcony (the biggest in the city, probably), airco (it was +32 outside), laundry machine (cripy but operational), elevator, free parking at the managing hotel (15 mins walk), mokka.

The sofa bed was not comfortable and very noisy. No water boiler (if you like thee). Free parking is at the hotel site whcih is 15 mins walking distance.

Perfect location, perfect space for a group of 5 friends. A real gem of the Italian Riviera.

We weren't told to bring toilet roll and washing up stuff. Was annoying to arrive with these not there.

Unbeatable location but with room for improvement for the apt. itself

- Great Location!! only a few steps from the beach, tons of good restarants and the charming pedestrian zone. - Mara was helpful and communicated well, thank you!! - Had a terrace large enough for the drying rack for keeping the beach towels aired _and_ sitting at a small table for two, plus a small balcony off of the bedroom - view of the Monte Caprazoppa peeking out between the buildings in the back courtyard - house was occupied with a mix of holiday rentals and "real tenants"; everyone was unobtrusive, no shouting or slamming doors or loud music or anything of that kind - the parking is, yes, 10 mins away by foot at the Hotel Castello but the staff there were very kind and accomodating in spite of the lot being very crowded when we arrived. Our car sat safely under the pine trees within view of the hotel reception for the whole week and we feel that in Finale and especially in this location one doesn't need the car at all

- No linens, towels, detergent etc: we found this inconvenient for a short (1-week) stay but came well-equipped also because after booking, Mara took care to check back with us that we'd understood this part. However it is _not_ communicated clearly enough in the description of the apartment itself so may set people up for an unpleasant surprise! - Apartment is tucked away in a corner of the back courtyard above the supermarket=no sun except for very briefly in the afternoon, and only in the bedroom then -- this may be an advantage for staying cool in Summer but was too dark for us in October to enjoy hanging out in the apartment itself (maybe improve the indoor lighting to compensate?) - The compressor from the supermarket's refrigeration starts&stops all day&night and carries through the masonry even if all doors&windows are shut; this, on top of occasional folks conversing in the (public) courtyard + the construction site on the neighboring plot, was a challenge for the light sleepers ... but it understandably beyond the owners' control. We remedied with earplugs - Kitchen equipped with a minimal, somewhat haphazard assortment of dishes & silverware, some of which were not clean when we arrived (in contrast to the spotless rest of the apartment!) - Washing machine did run but its pump was broken = clothes came out sopping wet & took 2 days to dry (fortunately, there's the terrace with a drying rack!)

Excellent location overlooking the beach with a massive terrace. Within steps of some great restaurants and cafes. Our host Mara was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment furnishing is somewhat tired and dated. The beds are adequate. Also be aware that parking is available, but it is located at a hotel about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. This is a better option than trying to find street parking, which is very limited.

Near across the street from the beach and also just half a block from the pedestrian zone. Comfy space with views of the sea. Helpful and amazing staff.

The view and the size of the terrace was simply amazing (Penthouse Apartment - Sea Front)!! very central and still very quiet, except for the sound of the sea. We had a great stay.

Fortunatamente sono fuggito prima del termine del soggiorno.

L'unica cosa positiva è la vicinanza al mare e la presenza di ristoranti nelle strette vicinanze

Viene indicata la presenza di due letti, uno in soggiorno e uno in camera separata (cosa non vera); per fortuna il collega ha avuto un imprevisto che ha ritardato la partenza. Il divano letto presente è vecchio e inutilizzabile, tralasciando il copri divano che si sbriciola solo a toccarlo, il materasso è inesistente e si dorme direttamente sulla struttura in ferro del letto. Mi sono dovuto far prestare un materasso gonfiabile. Il bagno è al limite della decenza; tavoletta rotta, lavatrice che si tiene in piedi per miracolo, doccia piena di muffa. Come specificato anche da altre recensioni, l'appartamento viene fornito privo di qualsiasi cosa (lenzuola, asciugamani, spugne, detersivo, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, cose base per cucinare). Trovo impensabile che una struttura debba risparmiare su una lavatrice di bucato e due euro per agevolare chi ospita, considerato il prezzo a cui viene offerta e un appartamento che non viene toccato da almeno trent'anni. Dulcis in fundo per cucinare ho dovuto lavare pentole, piatti, bicchieri e posate perchè visibilmente utilizzati e riposti. le padelle avevano ancora i residui di chissà quale cena. Piano cottura a 4 fuochi di cui due non si accendono. Nonostante abbia pagato sino a domenica, dopo 3 notti insonni sono scappato

La posizione e' strategica ,zona tranquilla a due passi sia dal mare che dal centro ....la gentilezza dello staff...Le signore Mara e Francesca accoglienti e gentili ....sempre disponibili e raggiungibili per qualsiasi necessità .

posizione eccellente comoda sia alle spiagge che a tutti i servizi (stazione, negozi, ecc) ospite super disponibile ci ha dato una sistemazione migliore di quella prenotata per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. La pulizia dell'alloggio impeccabile.

Lage in der Seitenstraße, gezeigte Front zum Meer gehört nicht zu den Fewo. Wir wurden zunächst nach der Buchung aufgefordert, Bettzeug und Handtücher mitzubringen - haben nachProtest aber doch welche bekommen. Schlafcouch durchgelegen, Rückenkranken und Seitenschläfern nicht zu empfehlen. Benachbarter despar wurde um sechs Uhr morgens beliefert - Rollcontainer unterm Balkon. Klimaanlage ohne Abluftsystem
