→There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. The cost for this cottage is $28/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation.
→-Vacation Cancellation Protection- Allows cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies refunded ($50 fee applies at booking)
Following Seas features a bright, light coastal décor throughout and offers an ideal hideaway for a couple or even a small family. The first floor offers a queen bed, mounted flat screen TV and plenty of storage space for all your things. A tiled bath with full tub/shower completes the downstairs. Tucked behind a privacy screen, a spiral staircase rises to the second floor living area. Relax in the living area upstairs and enjoy the spectacular Seaside views from windows on all sides, or enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private balcony. A well-equipped galley kitchen (refrigerator, burners, dishwasher and counter top small oven) and a table for two complete the second level.

Following Seas is the cozy guest cottage to Fair Winds. Tucked away down one of Seaside’s classic sandy paths, this one-bedroom cottage is directly across the street from the beach, and two short blocks from the shops and restaurants of Central Square. Sitting areas and an enclosed outside shower surround Following Seas and are perfect after a long day at the beach, while trees provide shade and privacy from the street and the adjoining main cottage, Fair Winds.

🔹Please note there is no washer/dryer in this unit
🔹There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $28/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.

This property was perfect for a quick getaway! Being right on 30 A with walking distance to all the shops and access to the private beach was the main seller. Clean home and super easy check in & check out process. The host was quick with communication and addressed any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back!

This cottage was perfect ! Clean and comfy and so close to downtown Seaside. Loved the included bikes. Would highly recommend this unit !

Property needs updating- rust around air vents. Old bathroom, dressers old and flimsy. Floors in the property need repair and better cleaning
