Capacity: Strictly for one person or a couple. No children, teens, or pets (due to guest allergies)..If you have children, please take a look at VRBO Listing #58131 my Picasso Moon...
Amenities: One queen bedroom, a compact kitchenette (small stove, fridge, microwave), and all linens provided.
Rooftop Access: While there is no private balcony, the rooftop is steps away for candlelight dinners under the stars with views of the Gulf.

Primo Spot: Located on a pedestrian street, seconds away from art galleries, boutiques, and Bud & Alley’s.
The Beach: We are not directly on the beach and only have water views from the rooftop, but a short, easy stroll to the iconic Seaside pavilions.
Convenience: Once you arrive, you won’t need a car. Everything is walkable

Parking: Designated parking is available for $20 (total stay) during Spring/Summer. It is less than two blocks away.

We had a very good experience with the property.The location was very close to everything which made it very convenient to walk everywhere, a big plus for us. We had a minor inconvenience with a smoke alarm which the manager handled promptly. We appreciated the Manager’s quick response to our text notification and visit to the property to resolve the issue. High marks for responsiveness. It’s a good value and terrific location. We highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic location for the price. You’re definitely not staying in this room for views of the ocean, but you’re right in the shopping center so steps outside your door are lots of amenities, restaurants, stores, and it truly is just a two minute walk at most to get your feet in the sand. But get ready for college/1st apartment living! Traveling by myself in my 50s, I couldn’t help but giggle at this type of lifestyle I would live when I was 20–24. But it feels like someone in the same age range cleaned this place as well. A small dresser filled with dust and a portable boom box from probably the 90s, which is loaded with dust. A vinyl floor mat in front of the bed which I’m not sure of it’s purpose, but it has seen its day. It looks like there was some cereal in the dresser drawer so I didn’t put my clothes in there. They have a closet, but it’s only with shelves. Don’t plan on hanging anything! There is no closet bar or hangers. I did bring my own hangers so I could hang things from hooks, but hooks is all you get. Yes it’s beach living but I’m a girl and I have cute dresses that I would like to not have wrinkled. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean that I slept on. The throw pillows on top, get ready to just throw them on the floor. They definitely don’t get washed so I wouldn’t put your face on them.The little living room area & kitchen is cute. The owner is really responsive and helpful, and he leaves you a goodie bag with waters & snacks.

Parking is a huge concern. There is a difference between residential/commercial parking and the difference is unclear until you get a parking citation.
The unit is best for one person. Bring extra toilet paper and your own wash cloth and sheets.
