Our house is located in the large community Aerzen, between the places Grupenhagen and Posteholz, in the district Hameln - Pyrmont.
You live in a secluded location in rural surroundings, surrounded by nature.
Holiday apartment 1 is about 90 square meters. It can accommodate up to 8 people, in 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 2 shower rooms with toilets and a hallway. In the fully equipped kitchen area are a dining counter with 4 seats, and microwave, stove with oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
The living area is furnished with a dining area, corner seat and chairs, and TV with DVD player.
In the bedrooms are double beds and in one bedroom they can sleep in two bunk beds.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr geräumig, perfekt für eine Gruppe. Sehr nette und coole Gastgeber.
Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern dort. Das Einzige was schade ist, dass man von der Unterkunft aus, schlecht spazieren gehen kann, weil diese direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Was wiederum für Biker gut ist.
Außerdem wäre ein Kleines Sofa in der Wohnküche super gewesen ;-)

Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Wohnung war für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend und zufriedenstellend ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung im 2. OG war angenehm warm. Die Ausstattung war komplett. Im Ergeschoss findet ab und zu ein Bürgertreff statt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir dort selbst noch ein Bierchen getrunken. W-LAN und Funknetz sind örtlich bedingt unregelmäßig. Parkplatz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Wir sind zufrieden.

Wir waren mit den Eltern und unserer 3-jährigen da. Da es kein Sofa gibt, waren die Abende sehr kurz.
Vermieter sind nett und der Kneipenbetrieb hat nicht gestört.
