About this apartment rental

The studio offers a private entrance and outside patio area . The studio is an 11 x 12 room with a king size bed, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It has both central air and heat. It also features a bathroom with a large shower and full size washer and dryer. It is separate from the main house that is my primary residence. Main street Ocean Beach is about 1.5 miles from the home. Ocean Beach has shopping, restaurants, and bars.

The studio was perfect for 2, made good use of the space, comfortable bed and so quiet & relaxing! We used the outdoor seating area all the time, which greatly increased the private space we had. We enjoyed nightly sunsets, neighborhood and cliffside walks. This was a carless vacation, so it was great to have bikes to explore the OB scene which included the chili cook off festival. We took advantage of having a washer/dryer too.

Great location; lovely sitting area; clean and quiet. Bed pillows need replacing and a few amenities would be nice such as a box of tissues, more than one drinking glass per stay (esp. since there are no dishwashing supplies), a paring knife (only plastic utensils and a few paper plates). Also note there is ambient light at night and the only way to get fresh air is to leave the door open.
