Centrally located near the Eiffel Tower, Calvados is a wonderfully spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that can sleep up to four people. Enjoy DIRECT VIEWS OF THE EIFFEL TOWER from the CHARMING PARISIAN BALCONY and from the living room. Both are perfect for watching the sparkling light show after sunset! The CHARMING DECOR and CENTRAL LOCATION makes the Calvados a magical home away from home and a fantastic alternative to a hotel near the Eiffel Tower. Things to Note:
Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.
There are fewer toilets in this property than there are bathrooms.
There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible.
Visibility of the Eiffel Tower changes depending on the season and foliage growth of the trees outside the windows.
PLEASE NOTE: This property is currently under construction and being transformed into a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom property. Photos, floorplans and description will be updated shortly.
No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.
Office hours: 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week
Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time: 10am.
Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee, payable directly to the Greeter at the time you arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Our staff is NOT AVAILABLE for greetings AFTER 10pm Should your flight arrive at 8pm or later at the airport, we kindly request that you book a hotel for the first night and check into the apartment the following morning.

This place blew me away, especially for the price! Hands down the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. It is luxuriously stocked, everything makes sense and it is nicely decorated. There is AC in 2 rooms-HUGE win in Europe! The balcony is tiny but fun spot to see the eiffel tower. While it isn't "centrally located" it is perfectly located to of course the ET but also so many incredible restaraunts and boulangeries, and you can ALWAYS get a taxi close by. Tahir was absolutely brilliant in helping us feel welcome, from the first minute we arrived until we said au revoir! For reference, I was traveling with my 2 young adult daughters and this space was perfect because there is plenty of space to hang clothes and we each had mirrors for getting ready. 4 people can easily stay here. It is exactly as pictured-so bummed I didn't take photos. The bedding details and antique Parisian accessories artwork is somehow appreciated and not gitchy in this apartment. Truly-magnifiscent place!

Location, location, location! You cannot do better being within a stones throw of the Effie’s tower, and the fact that you could enjoy the views while actually sitting on you own terrace. Incredible! Did I mention the cafe 30 feet from our front door. We became regulars and were treated as such.
My wife, 10 year old daughter and myself, could not have done better. We left Paris feeling that we not only now have memories of a lifetime, but the price was right, too. 5 Stars!

We stayed here last July, including Bastille Day. It was amazing to see the fireworks from our balcony - with champagne, of course. We arrived in the morning before the apartment was ready, dropped our bags off at the PP office and set out to explore. The apartment is in a wonderful location in the 7th very near the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. There are numerous restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend all three Christian Constant Restaurant: Cafe Constant, Les Cocottes and his flagship, Le Violin d'Ingres. I have been to Paris many times but this is the first time I have stayed in a Paris Perfect apartment. I was vey impressed - not only by the apartment itself, but also by the staff. From having groceries and champagne waiting for us and a Nespresso machine in the kitchen to helping with restaurant reservations, the staff could not have been more helpful. I enjoyed it so much that I am staying in another Paris Perfect apartment this April. Five Stars!
