ROMANCE and relaxation abound at Paris Perfect's 'Chambertin' apartment, an exceptionally beautiful one bedroom with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower (in the winter) that are nothing short of wow.
LOCATED in the celebrated 7th arrondissement, the Chambertin is a stone’s throw from some of the city’s most masterful sites, shops and cafés, making it a fantastically central locale to indulge in all things Paris. Take a quick stroll to the open-air markets or the charming Rue Cler market street, before embarking on a leisurely stroll through the enchanting Champ de Mars gardens and along the Seine riverbanks. A worldly collection of fashion houses, boutiques and artisan cheese and chocolate shops are all nearby, making the Chambertin an ideal retreat for a purely indulgent Parisian holiday.
IN THE LIVING AREA and throughout the apartment, the décor and furnishings of the Chambertin expertly match the romance and style of the surrounding cityscape, while providing a dreamily private oasis for visitors. The open floor plan is adorned with subtle hues of grey and white, with plenty of plush places to relax, including a sofa bed that provides an additional sleeping space.
THE KITCHEN AREA has been perfectly designed for quick meal preparation followed by a comfortable dining experience.
THE BEDROOM, with an extra-wide queen bed, antique furnishings and softly lit décor, is a perfect retreat for a dreamy rest at the end of the day.
THE BATHROOM is the pinnacle of sheer indulgence, with a separate shower and claw-foot tub. If the outstanding location and beautiful décor weren't enough, in winter you can also enjoy a view of the Eiffel Tower while enjoying a romantic bath in the luxurious claw footed bathtub.
There is a combination washer/dryer for your convenience.
THE EIFFEL TOWER VIEW, which can also be seen from the living room and master bedroom, is best enjoyed in the winter months since the tower is obscured when the beautiful tree in front is in full bloom.
Every corner of the Chambertin is dedicated to comfort, but a guest’s favorite corner of the apartment is sure to be the stunning balcony, which provides a perfect nook for champagne and long, lingering meals with the Eiffel Tower the perfect backdrop. The ensuing setting of breathtaking vistas and a quietly luxurious living space is sure to be a breath of fresh air for any vacationer with an appreciation of comfort, style and altogether romantic living.

There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible.

Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee, payable directly to the Greeter at the time you arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Our staff is NOT AVAILABLE for greetings AFTER 10pm Should your flight arrive at 8pm or later at the airport, we kindly request that you book a hotel for the first night and check into the apartment the following morning.

Everything was as advertised. Check-in process was easy and pre-arrival communications were helpful. We had a couple follow-up questions, which were quickly answered on WhatsApp. The unit was very well equipped with everything you could need, and we made use of most of the amenities, including the separate living area and balcony (though it was small), and the in-unit laundry as we were in Europe for a couple weeks at the time. It was particularly hot in Paris during our stay, and the AC worked flawlessly and was greatly appreciated. Lots of storage to hang up clothes and unpack a bit, too. Some might not love the tiny elevator and # of stairs to the unit if you forego it, but we were eating so much that the stairs were probably a good thing and the elevator was always there if you wanted it (just one at a time).

The Good: Best location you can get in the Eiffel area, close to everything. Kitchen is fully stocked if you feel like cooking. Large refrigerator.
The Bad: Elevator was out of service after 1st day...we are in very good shape and still struggled to get up and down the steep stairs with luggage (5th floor). Floors need scrubbing pretty badly, my feet are still burning from a fungus of some sort. Check-in process has alot of unnecessary drama (here's the trash cans, here's the stairs, here's the kitchen...). Management company will respond in days not hours - plan accordingly. TV didn't work. And A/C is a tiny portable unit in the living area - if you're visiting when it's hot in Paris it'll be crazy hot in the bedroom.

Cannot beat this location. View from unit is spectacular, walk to Eiffel & other sites a breeze. Kitchen is great.
However, elevator went out after 1st day - 6 floors of extremely steep steps challenged us and we're in very good shape. Floors in unit need a scrubbing. TV remote doesn't work, no new batteries to try, and no switch directly on TV to use. My shoulders are wider than the balcony. It's not a 2 1/2 bath. One bath has a tub, phone-booth sized shower and sink. The other bath has a toilet. And the itty-bitty A/C in the living area doesn't cut it on a day >78F.
