All furniture, patio furniture, barbecue grill, furnishings, linens, bathroom items, dishware,silverware, glassware, cookware, appliances, etc. are all brand new and of higher quality.
The home is conveniently located near many great restaurants, golf courses, shopping and local attractions. There are more then 10 restaurants and bars, an LA Fitness, Star Bucks, Walgreens and various salons within walking distance. Also you are just steps away from the famous Scottsdale Greenbelt multi use walking/biking scenic trail. Other popular attractions within a few miles are Talking Stick Casino, Butterfly Wonderland, Top Golf, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Westworld, and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, home of AZ Diamondbacks spring training.

Dining area has a large round table for 6-8, with additional seating at the kitchen island.
Next to the dining area is a wet bar equipped with a beverage/wine fridge. The bar is stocked with ample wine glasses and cocktail glasses.
Master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in shower with multiple shower heads, double vanity and a large walk in closet.
The Guest bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet, and front patio doors.
The living room is furnished with a fireplace, a luxurious sofa and 2 side chairs, with a modern cocktail table of natural stone. Also in the living room is Direct TV with a 65' flat screen TV.
Santa Fe is a very quiet and private subdivision with lots of neighborly people. I am sure you will enjoy our home and its surrounding amenities as much as we do!

Home is perfect and presents as outlined on Vrbo. Very comfortabke and clean.Treats were provided by hosts along with amenities - detergent, soap, tissues, etc.Easy to communicate with and great location.

Michael was great, very attentive to our needs. Everything you could ask for in a rental: clean, stylish, well furnished, and most of all beds with firm mattress.

We enjoyed a two month stay at Michael’s condo while looking for a house. Location was perfect, as was central to everything. The design elements were appreciated and enjoyed. Perfect for entertaining small family gatherings. We appreciated back yard for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. Appreciated Michael’s flair for design throughout condoMichael responded quickly whenever we reached out to him. I would highly recommend a stay for the comfort, amenities and consummate care of our host
