About this apartment rental
Ocean Walk P-13 a ground level, pet friendly condo with one bedroom and 1 full bathroom. Large living room with large flat screened TV. King size bedroom, full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a patio off of the living room. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk. 0.9 Miles to the Village, Beach and Pier.
Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within walking and biking distance of the Village Pier, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The very large campus offers a park like setting with century old oaks shading the various buildings. Palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools, one of which is heated each year from September through April. Other community amenities include a size-able duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's' playground.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (2 persons).
• Dogs are allowed in this unit with a $100/pup non-refundable pet fee. Limit 2.

• 1 mile to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village
Minimum age to rent is 25 - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 1 TV located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Much needed time with my daughter. We spent our days on the beach, shopped, and did the escape room. So many good memories made. We loved watching the squirrels and birds out the back door. I would definitely stay again. All was quiet and peaceful.

We had a great time staying at this property with our pup. The condo was clean and well managed. It's hard to find a place at St. Simons that allows pets, so we were happy to find this rental. It was also in a great location -- an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the pier.
