    I hate posting negative reviews, and appreciate staff limitations...but this hotel was deserves this review. The pictures on Agoda featured sea views. We had to stick our head off the balcony to see the ocean. The room looked modern and may have had an upgrade recently, but everything was cheap and pretty dirty...the refrigerator was clogged and leaking out onto the floor, the floor was full of long black hair from the cleaners and the bathroom was filthy. Black mold under the sink, nasty silicone round the glass walls and dirty smelly issues at the back of the toilet seat, which needed a good scrub with serious chemicals. We had to watch the ladies clean the room 1 day when we got back from town...no wonder the hotel is dirty. The door is paper thin...so u can hear everything going on in the hallway. Breakfast restaurant was always dirty and greasy. The tables were not cleared promptly tho there were plenty of staff around. Food was below average. Dont book this place for a nice breakfast.

    A good hotel for a 3* rating they charge you for early check in even if the hotel is empty . But still atleast they give you room. Also very helpful for vegetarian (jain) breakfast gave us few things we requested for.

    Booked n paid with extra bed- but not prepared yet when coming Aircond. not cool enough even at temperature 17. and water leaking at the air grill. Morning buffet was less foods Amenities was less for 3 ppl and not clean!, Tv was out of dated- no internet access General hygienic was low!
